Rose vinegar was obtained by the classical method of fermentation. We differ from other producers and from the commonly practiced recipe: maceration of the petals in vinegar and alcohol. We preferred to choose a vinegar recipe that is gentle on the skin, which involves macerating the petals in sugar and yeast and very little vinegar for a month.
