With a good density and an optimal balance between sweet and sour, it is characterized by tones of ripe fruit, licorice and black pepper. Balsamic vinegar "2 Gold Medals" is part of the "Historical Collection", the most exemplary and representative collection from Giuseppe Giusti. Even today, Giusti uses the first historical label, designed in the early 1900s in accordance with the style of freedom of that time and visually represents a collection of awards obtained by Giusti at that time. The glass originally used was the glass for Lambrusco wine from Modena: Champagnotta.
