Description

Egri Bikavér Kékfrankos is a blend of Bikavér, Kékfrankos, Cabernet franc, Kadarka and Pinot noir, which was fermented with its own yeast, fermented in vats, and then matured for 14 months in oak barrels. A powerful wine with a definite character and a solid structure, with great aging potential. Nice spiciness with a little tobacco, a cavalcade of ripe fruits. The taste is rich, complex, pleasantly rustic. We recommend it at 16-18 C for Hungarian-paprika dishes and red meats. One requirement is that the wine must contain three or more grape varietals such as Kekfrankos, Cabernet franc, Kadarka and Pinot noir. Have deep ruby ​​color, with darkening core. Slow moving, runs down with dense streaks. Its aroma is intense, it has been dominated first by mostly spices and a bit of tobacco, then cherries and some chocolate can be discovered. Best enjoyed with spicy red meats at 16-18 C'.
