Borovitsa Rosé Gamza 2021/22, working label

This elegant rosé of VI Borovitsa is vinified from another branch of the gamza variety - the Vidin gamza, the juice of which is more delicate compared to the Novoselas one. It has a larger and elongated bunch, with a thicker zip and when pressed, the zip does not break. Elegant, the wine has a pronounced minerality and aromas of red stone fruits. The vineyards are on the banks of the Danube, and the soil is fine yellow sandstone.
