Description
"Bouquet" is a variety created in 1951 in the experimental field in the town of Septemvri, through the cross between Mavrud and Pinot Noir, and the variety was studied by the Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking in the town of Pleven in 1951. The grapes for this wine come from from over forty-year-old vines, which are mixed with gorse already at planting, which necessitates that they be pruned at harvest. A magical, complex, rich wine, carrying the incredible potential of the area.
