Borovitsa Gamza 2018

From a vineyard, of the radiating precision in every respect owner, in the actual region of the gamza, this wine is made in the classic way in small open vessels with minimal technological intervention. Aged for twelve months in Bulgarian oak casks and bottled upon reaching its remarkable balance and finesse. This Gamza is from the old Novoselska Gamza, yields are around 500-600 kg. per acre ripens in the second half of September. Very delicate skin, beautiful and capricious grapes, good freshness, good and lively color, deep and intense aroma. The wine is produced from the region for consumption when young, as well as for aging, which is allowed by the relatively resistant acids.
