Borovitsa Cabernet Franc/Gamme Noir 2017, working label

As a continuation of the accidental and unplanned combination of the two varieties - Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir, "neighbors" in the Strajite vineyard in the village of Borovitsa, the blending of Gamay Noir with its other vineyard "neighbor", Cabernet Franc, also gave a very good result. The philosophy of the Borovitsa winery, not to mix the Gamay Noir variety with other varieties, was renewed by the merits of the new mariage, a chanson with a harmonious sound of two voices. The combination of the two colossus in French barrels gave birth to a stunning and memorable wine.
