Tagliatelle with truffle flavor is an aromatic dish made with artisanal pasta, respecting the Italian preparation tradition. The tagliatelle are prepared with eggs and high quality flour and have an uneven surface that enhances the flavors. The pasta has a pleasant taste, of black truffles, adding a distinct aroma to the dish. Method of preparation: Boil a pot of water with salt, add the tagliatelle with truffle flavor and boil for 7/8 minutes, until it becomes "al dente". When the pasta is ready, drain it and season with 2 tablespoons (30g) of butter and white pepper to taste and truffle salsa for extra flavor. It is served with some grated Parmesan cheese (approximately 1 tablespoon per portion).
