Craft GIN produced according to the classic technology of double steam distillation, in special 500-liter vats of the Alenbic type with additional devices of the steam pipe, in order to enhance the aromas of the herbs. The technology is English - London Dry Gin type. A combination of 7 herbs, with a predominant juniper, cinnamon, rosemary, lavender flower, blue spirulina and blackcurrant juice. The aromatic profile of the gin is Mediterranean type with a very delicate citrus taste of lemon and a pleasant sweetness.
