Soy granules are also an excellent substitute for meat, a good source of protein. Use of soy granules: soak 1 part of soy granules in 2 parts of spiced water for approx. for 10-15 minutes. After the water has been absorbed, squeeze it out and use it in the same way as minced meat, on its own or mixed with meat (it can be used to make minced meat, stuffed cabbage, casserole dishes, main dishes). Soy granules are GMO-free.
