Description
The grapes are from a small vineyard located in the "Albotin" area, near the village of Gradec. South slope, with exceptional terroir, suitable for growing vines. Yellow limestone, extremely suitable for the Riesling variety. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees for 35 days. A wine with high aging potential.
