Description
Popska pear brandy Raduil Special Selection is made from the pear variety "popska krusha" - a wild variety from the land of the village of Raduil. The pears are picked at technological ripeness, most suitable for the fermentation of fruit brandy, to achieve the strongest aromas. Cool nights and warm days further enhance the pronounced taste of brandy. Aged for 24 months in small oak barrels. No cold filtration of the brandy was used, which allows for the appearance of a noble sediment or a slight clouding upon cooling.
