For the pasta, we only use almonds from our gardens in Bulgaria. The almonds are roasted slowly for 2 hours at 120°C and ground very finely. Our almond paste is rich in fiber and minerals. The percentage of vitamins is slightly lower than that of raw almonds, but the main valuable ingredients are preserved.
