A brilliant drink boiled with a mixture of brutal amounts of American IPA hops, seasoned with cold hops and at the same time restrained bitterness. The history of today's most popular beer category goes back to the 18th century. ALE, which was delivered to the Indian colonies by ship in a year and a half and retained its quality due to its high hop content, was much later called IPA. It is characterized by an increased bitterness than usual, a concentrated hop aroma with notes of dried fruits, elderberry, grapefruit and orange.
