Millet semolina pudding is historically a specialty of the Vendée. The millet used in this preparation comes from the yellow grain variety of the common millet species. Millet is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Rich in fats and proteins, millet has a high nutritional value. It is an easily digestible and not very allergenic cereal.
One sachet yields 4 servings of 125 ml.
Ingredients: Millet semolina* (57%), brown cane sugar* (39%), Vanilla extract*, gelling agents: agar-agar*.

Preparation method:
Ingredients to add: 500ml milk or vegetable drink
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking: approximately 15 minutes
Put the powder in a saucepan. Add 500 ml of milk or vegetable drink and mix the powder cold. Mix well. Put on the fire and mix until boiling. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring gently. When the seeds are soft, pour into molds and let cool.
For an even more delicious dessert, you can add raisins, Nat-ali flavors or any other complementary flavor.
