Description
Leek seeds for sprouting organic 50g
Leek sprouts add a spicy flavor to salads. They are rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, C, and E and have anti-infectious, antirheumatic, and diuretic properties.
The sprouts are consumed when they reach 3-4 cm. Due to the strong aroma, it is recommended to consume them in small quantities.
Soaking time: 1 night.
Germination time: 9 to 12 days.
For better germination, put the seeds in the refrigerator half a day before soaking them.
Ingredients: 100% leek seeds (Allium porrum), from organic farming.
Recommended germinator: jar germinator or tiered germinator, following the instructions provided with the germinator.
It is recommended to consume the sprouted seeds as fresh as possible. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for only a few days in the refrigerator, preferably in a container closed with cling film.
Germline is the European leader in germination. Germline quality guarantee: only 1 seed out of 100,000 is dead, inactive! This way you have a guarantee of almost 100% productivity, something that few producers worldwide can offer.
