In 2014, we set among our new goals the creation of a blend that can compete with the bar coffee offered by regional coffee houses "in the square". Basically, the strategic task was a delicate, sweet blend, while maintaining body. The perfecting of the complex process began with the carefully considered recipe. A few sample mixes were made. The basis was a selection of washed Arabicas from Central America. The resulting mixture was tested by professional tasters. The information collected from them is always useful for us. It helps to understand the coffee drinking habits, the tastes of customers throughout the country and is essential in the creation of the exact ideal base aroma and flavor profile. Yet something was missing, we managed to achieve a breakthrough by adding a special Indonesian coffee bean, which we crowned for the perfection of the cream and the body with a hint of quality washed robusta. CUPPING In addition to dark chocolate, cocoa, almond, hazelnut and nectar base flavors, it is characterized by discreet spiciness. The amount and structure of the cream is nicely patterned, it creeps up the walls of the cup. Its robust sweetness is sufficient, even without sugar on its own.
