The micro-pigments in the Proshining makeup base give the skin a young and healthy look. It does not block pores, letting the skin breathe. Instructions for use: with your fingers or a makeup sponge, apply a thin layer to a clean face, or only to the areas that require correction. After applying the base, wait 30 seconds for it to be absorbed deeply, then you can apply foundation or other cosmetics.
