Grass mix for dry terrain - TOTEX SUD2 10kg.

A grass mixture created from cultivars of grasses combined specifically for our climate and soil conditions. Its composition includes varieties of highly drought-resistant grasses. It grows well in clay soils. Resistant to intense load, designed for parched terrains exposed to direct sunlight. The created turf is dense, tear-resistant and with very good indicators of rapid recovery after loading. An excellent choice when creating green areas with extensive /reduced/maintenance when landscaping roads, highways, private yards without an established irrigation system. Seed rate: Recommended seed rate – 1 kg. per 25/30 sq.m., for full seeding or less, depending on the size of the lawn, when used for reconstruction and seeding of sports fields. Sowing time: In late winter and early spring when the soil temperature is above 15 degrees. In the summer, the air temperature is up to 28 degrees. Late autumn to 10 degrees Celsius. The rule of thumb is to keep the seeding moist until all the grass seeds in the mix are fully developed. If you can ensure watering of the young crop, you can without problem sow throughout the growing season, from early spring to late autumn/March-October/ Sowing depth: From 0.5cm. up to 1 cm. This way the seeds will germinate and develop properly. At greater depth, there is a danger that some of the seeds will germinate below the surface and die.
