Description
Born to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the Giusti family production, Quarto Centenario is a balsamic vinegar with aromas of ripe fruit, accompanied by notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and woody notes, due to its long aging. Balsamic vinegar "4 Gold Medals" is part of the "Historical Collection", the most exemplary and representative collection from Giuseppe Giusti. Even today, Giusti uses the first historical label, designed in the early 1900s in accordance with the style of freedom of that time and visually represents a collection of awards obtained by Giusti at that time. The glass originally used was the glass for Lambrusco wine from Modena: Champagnotta. The collection includes five balsamic vinegars from Modena, of different recipes and aging developed over the generations. Today, they are classified with a progressive number of medals, chosen from those gathered at the International Fairs of the nineteenth century. Today the offer includes not only Champagnotta glass, but also Cubica and Champagnottina (which reproduces historical glass in a smaller size). Quantity - 250 ml.
