CHARACTERISTICS Duracid for ants is a granular insecticide bait with sugar content, with a formula specially designed against ants. It is a microencapsulated bait based on cypermethrin. The microencapsulation of the active ingredient successfully increases the effectiveness of the product: after ingesting the bait, the ant does not die immediately and has time to return to the colony. Sharing the bait granules between different members of the colony helps spread the insecticide, giving rise to a chain effect that will destroy the entire nest. USING DURACID FOR ANTS is recommended for indoor and outdoor treatments in the rural environment, zootechnical (milking rooms, stalls, animal shelters, farms and manure piles), civil (schools, hospitals, cinemas, shops, barracks, hotels, restaurants and canteens) and industrial (such as the food industry). DURACID FOR ANTS must be used as such, distributing the product over or near the nest or on surfaces where ants are a constant presence, at a dose of 15-20 g/m2.
