NATALI dry baker's yeast can be used for all types of dough for which you can also use fresh yeast.
Ideal for making bread, baguettes, pizza dough, muffins and other pastries.

Ingredients: Instant dry baker's yeast* (saccharomyces cerevisiae).

Preparation:
Rehydrate with warm water or milk (max 35°C) in the following proportions: one part yeast to 5 parts water or milk.
Disperse the dry yeast in warm water (or milk), stirring gently to allow the yeast to dissolve properly.
Recommended dose: 9 g for 500 g of flour.
Storage conditions: Store the powder at room temperature in a dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 month, in a jar or in the original, tightly closed packaging.
