Description
VERSACE - CRYSTAL NOIR - Eau de Parfum Crystal Noir, released in 2004, is a citrus, woody, floral, oriental fragrance. A very feminine perfume, a sensual, sweet blend. It opens with notes of gardenia, amber, to which peony, cardamom, pepper and ginger are added, the base being made of sandalwood and musk. Crystal Noir is a unique perfume, inspired by the virtuosity and creativity of the House of Versace. It is ethereal, magical, precious, delicate and persistent and has an oriental-floral, ultra-feminine aroma. The result is sensual and seductive. The bottle, like a jewel, is inspired by the facets of a diamond. Made of amethyst glass, it is minimalist yet sumptuous. This is how a unique perfume was born: a modern interpretation of luxury, which perfectly reflects the modern princess style of Atelier Versace. About Versace The designer Gianni Versace was born on December 2, 1946 in the city of Reggio di Calabria, in southern Italy. At the age of 18, he worked as a salesman at his mother Francesca's clothing store. At the age of 22, Versace started creating clothes. A local clothes designer hired him to create a collection that was sold in Francesca Versace's store. As a result, he became known in Milan, the center of Italian fashion, and in a short time he received a position as a designer for the clothing creator Florentine Flowers. In 1974 he created and developed his own fashion line - Complice. The success of that line would lead Versace to create innovative clothing, perfumes and accessories in the future. The launch of his first perfume took place in 1992 with Gianni Versace. Other perfumes launched under the Versace name include: Versus for Men cologne (in the 1990s), Blonde (in 1995), The Dreamer (the last perfume launched during Gianni's lifetime), Versace Man (in 2003), Glam and Crystal Noir (a blockbuster of the perfume industry, in 2004). Versace Man Eau Fraiche and Bright Crystal perfumes were launched in 2005. In 2007 the company launched Versace by Versace. He united the world of fashion and entertainment. His shows were major pop culture events. Versace was inspired by contemporary street life and movies, as well as art and history. Although he was fighting cancer, the one who took his life was a serial killer, Andrew Cunanan, on July 15, 1997. Cunanan shot Versace in broad daylight in front of his home in Miami Beach, Florida. Upon his death, his shares (45%) went to his 11-year-old granddaughter, Allegra. Today, Versace Group is fully owned by the Versace family (50% Allegra Beck Versace, 20% Donatella Versace and 30% Santo Versace).
