Description
Sweet, with balanced spiciness and a light aroma of oak and natural raspberry extract. To obtain this result, the grape must of the best Italian varieties is used, fermented with 100% Italian wine vinegar. After aging for at least 60 days in oak barrels, the blend acquires a balanced sweetness and a delicate oak aroma. The final note is the infusion of fresh raspberries. Great for dressings and salads, for marinating chicken or roast beef, and even for fruit cakes!
