The dough rises through the simple natural reaction of the ingredients when they are placed in certain conditions of humidity and heat. Sodium bicarbonate makes the dough rise by releasing carbon dioxide. Tartaric acid activates the release of carbon dioxide; it is obtained from yeast and wine marc in the distillery. Corn starch, a neutral base, preserves the properties of each ingredient.

Preparation method:
Dry mix the baking powder with part of the flour for better distribution.
Recommended dose: 7g for 250g of flour.
Storage conditions: Store at room temperature in a dry place.
