Description
Sweet seaweed (Palmaria palmata) raw bio 50g
Algamar seaweed is all wild seaweed, harvested from the unpolluted coasts of the Galicia region of Spain. There are also cultivated seaweeds, but they cannot be compared qualitatively and nutritionally with wild ones. Another great advantage of Algamar wild seaweed is that they are far from radiation sources. Japan is among the largest suppliers of seaweed in the world (especially sushi and nori), but many seaweed lovers have started looking for other sources of seaweed outside of Japan, due to the radiation resulting from the Fukushima nuclear explosion.
A red seaweed, used by the Celts for its rich content in Vitamin C. It is rich in phosphorus and protein. Ideal raw in salads and snacks, even without prior soaking!
How to prepare:
-raw: add to salads, can be added without soaking, if you still want to soak it beforehand, 2 minutes is enough.
-cooked: in soups or quick dishes, just rinse them with water and add them at the end. Can be added to rice, millet, quinoa, amaranth, pasta, couscous, etc.
