Agar agar is an algae, and is the highest quality gelatin substitute, 100% natural. Agar agar flakes have a greater gelling power than the powder that is still available on the market.
The version we sell is extracted from Gelidium sesquipedale algae, the algae with the highest gelling power.
Instructions:
-to make gelatin, add 1 tablespoon to half a liter of water. You can modify this quantity depending on the desired viscosity.
A 50g bag is enough for 10 liters of gelatin.
